This Week on TAXtalk
Dear Subscriber,

South Africa is Miami-Dade County´s foremost African trade partner. In 2006, trade between Miami-Dade County and South Africa exceeded $213 million. The exuberant growth of the South African economy over the years continues to
produce new business and investment opportunities.

On the 17th April 2006, Vision Equity, Mirzam Holdings LLC and The Perfect Portfolio hosted a welcoming reception for the business development mission from the Miami-Dade County and South Florida, USA.

This business development mission was lead by the Honorable Commissioner Natacha Seijas, Honorable Commissioner Audrey Edmonson, and Honorable Commissioner Sally H, Heyman, who were accompanied by a delegation of community and business leaders.

The purpose of this mission to South Africa was to provide great opportunities for Miami-Dade County´s businesses to engage with their counterparts and enterprises in South Africa.
