Tax Issues
Answering queries from SARS could be more complicated than meets the eye. Gavin Goertz of EFG Attorneys discussed this matter on Tax Issues. The discussion covered mistake 5 of the series of seven habitual tax mistakes made by companies. When it comes to SARS's queries, tax managers often try to discharge the onus of proof and in doing so, trip themselves up. Read more about the explanation of what these queries are all about in Gavin's interview.

Tax Issues is broadcast on Summit TV (DSTV channel 55) at 20h40 & 22h40 on Wednesday evenings and at 7h30 on Thursday mornings. Click here for a summary of the full interview.
