If you missed the tax return deadline in October last year, then you still have an opportunity to make sure that you submit your taxes via the eFiling system which is available on the : www.sars.gov.za website.

In my experience, South Africans generally have reactive behavior and we all rush at the last minute to do things. This leads to public anxiety and will lead to high volumes of traffic on the eFiling website which will result in delays and undue stress for you the taxpayers. Don't get yourself into that twist so early in the year. Do this quickly and get it out of the way now, we all know that procrastination is the thief of time.

Time is the primary resource available to you for achieving what you want in life. Let's make good use of our time in 2008 and I wish you a cracking good year!
Till next week.

Studies in the US and elsewhere show that those individuals with more disposable income (the more affluent members of society) tend to use more fuels. Thus, the affluent people in society and the more affluent nations, produce more harmful gasses than those less affluent.
